anyone have any tips? i got an external hd that is supposed to boot up when my pc boots up with no problem. it doesn't. it will shut down fine and once the pc is up i can plug it in and its fine but it won't boot up with it plugged in. it just freezes on boot up. i checked the bios to make sure it wasn't set to boot from usb. any suggestions? its a western digital my book.
