I have a couple questions I would like all of you to answer for me.

A few weeks ago someone asked me "What do I have to do to get an officer promotion?".

For those of you who may not know, each faction is alotted "Officer Credits" depending on the size of the roster.  These credits are promotions that give you an Officer rank instead of an Enlisted rank.  For example a Navy Seal with a rank of E3 is a Seaman, but given a promotion to O3 would make him a Lieutenant.   Basically it changes your badge in front of your name.

I have 3 of these credits to give out on the SAS roster, but have not done so because I can not figure out what criteria should be met for a clan member to have one.  Being the roster leader, I am currently the only member of the SAS with an Officer rank because I cannot find a fair way to distribute them.  If you look at the roster closely, you'll understand why.

DirtNap - Automan - Beast - IOU1 - LOW - Les (as Dick_Rambone) - Drizz - Guns - Hawg - Lead - KHAWK - Noted - RedNec_Gurl - MoFo - Rocket - BJ - SWR -  Tangent - Duc - Joker - Tire - Zep

Please answer these two questions question for me:

1.  Should I give them out?

2.  What should be the criteria for recieving one?
